Costa Rica vinyl world flag decals are waterproof and have the adhesive on the back of the decal. They will adhere to any smooth flat surface. Decals are printed with inks that allow them to last a long when subjected to sunlight and wet weather. Flag decal measures 2 3/8" x 4".
